The functionality of canopy louvers is primarily to block bright sunlight, but the canopy also has an aesthetic purpose which comes into its own with glass facades. The reflection of the steel silver galvanised canopy gives the impression that the canopy is even larger than reality. This gives the building more depth and the shadow effect creates a nice play of shadows and silver colours.
